Lead Engineer, Compliance
Job Description

 

Would you like to lead activities in identifying risk and ensuring compliance with industry standards and legal requirements (e.g. NIS2) and set the direction for implementing and supporting our future OT Cyber Security?

  

What is the job about?
In this role, you will be part of our Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (AME) organization where you will play a key role in strengthening the OT maturity level against an increasing risk.
The overall purpose of the job is to lead activities to identify risk and ensure compliance with industry standards and legal requirements (e.g. NIS2)
As the Lead Engineer - Compliance, you will focus on compliance requirements and set the direction for implementing and supporting our future OT Cyber Security.

You will become part of a global, purpose-driven team that fosters an informal and collaborative atmosphere, dedicated to delivering value to the organization.

 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Ensure risk management by leading the annual risk assessment (related to OT Security) across manufacturing in Grundfos and facilitate decisions related to compliance. 
  • Lead the continuous improvement and development of Group standards and processes, ensuring Grundfos compliance to relevant regulations.
  • Ensure all relevant controls are documented, assigned, and conducted
  • Lead audit preparations in collaboration with plants
  • Proactively identify and specify OT Security requirements based on legislations
  • Ensure reporting to the organization incl. management level about: risk level, effectiveness (control progress), audit results and general NIS2 compliance status

 

Your background

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in IT or engineering
  • Min. 5 years of experience with compliance-projects in a global company
  • Experience with OT security standards and regulations (ISA/IEC 62443 and NIS2)
  • Knowledge within manufacturing and operation processes
  • Knowledge within OT or IT security systems
  • Speak and write English fluently
