What is the job about?

You will apply a well-developed subject knowledge in EHS with tools and technologies that support creating a health and safe workplace for Grundfos employees and contractors. Through technical expertise and business insights the aim of this position is to strengthen development, maintenance, implementation and continues operation of our global EHS business processes and our digitalization journey.

 

Your main responsibilities:

Risk and incident management

  • Support implementation and continuous operation of Grundfos EHS risk management and incident management processes including trainings, incident investigation and performance follow up across the global organization
  • Support building competences on risk assessment, mitigating risks and embedding learnings in other Group Functions

 

Drive design and implementation of solutions and methods that ensure a healthy and safe workplace

  • Defining new minimum requirements related Chemical Management, Ergonomics and other Health and Safety areas as needed selected based on a risk based approach.
  • Support the organization to implement standards and minimum requirements e.g. by developing training materials, define competences and delivering trainings to Other Group Functions, Plants, Sales or Service.
  • Providing support on other Health and Safety related topics as needed.
  • Support the organization to implement standards and minimum requirements e.g. by developing training materials, define competences and delivering trainings.

 

System development, use and maintenance

  • Responsible for operating and maintaining a chemical management software solution in Grundfos Group including handling exceptions in QIP and supporting related substitution initiatives.
  • Support keeping IT system up to date including assign authorizations for users globally and maintain
  • Support creating training material of the systems and training of relevant user groups

    

Your background:

We imagine that you have: 

  • Relevant bachelor or master degree within one of the following areas: Mechanical, Electrical, Ergonomic, Health & Safety, Risk management, Chemical management
  • At 3-5 years of experience within the health and safety area.
  • Experience in Chemical management or Ergonomics
  • Qualification in the H&S area e.g., NEBOSH certificate, CSP or other local certificates
  • Experience from managing small projects/tasks
  • Knowledge and expertise within ISO 45001, international ISO technical standards
  • Good experiences with Microsoft 365 applications e.g., SharePoint, Stream.
  • Advanced communication skills
  • Fluent English – oral and written.
