As our new EHS Consultant, you will be advising and supporting our operations on Environment, Health & Safety strategies that protect our people and minimize our environmental footprint. What you will be doing

As a key part of the Environment, Health & Safety team, you'll create impact by Driving continuous improvement in EHS performance across Grundfos operations, ensuring we meet the highest standards of safety and environmental stewardship.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Support in developing and implementing EHS programs, policies, and procedures aligned with local regulations and global Grundfos standard.
  • Monitor and report on key EHS metrics, driving data-informed decisions to continuously improve performance
  • Support environmental management initiatives including waste reduction, emissions control, and sustainability targets
  • Follow-up on Process indicators in collaboration with Process drivers.
  • Handling tickets in our Service Now system

 

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a proactive EHS professional with strong analytical skills, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels to build a culture of safety and environmental responsibility. We would also imagine that you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in an EHS role within manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Strong working knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and relevant local/national EHS regulations

 

It is a plus if you also:

  • Experience with EHS management software and data analytics tools
  • Background working in a global organization with multi-site responsibilities
