What do we offer?

You will join our Apps & Automation team which is committed to increase speed and simplicity by developing solutions based on a modularized low code framework.
After years of successful citizen development, we have recently centralized our development to ensure better quality, reusability, professionalism, and better exploitation of our Power platform Solutions. This has become a critical task with an enormous amount of untapped potential. You will be part of developing short-cycle apps and flows, that will make a real impact for your colleagues in Grundfos.
You will be part of a full-stack international digitalization team consisting of architects, developers, and project managers located in Denmark, Germany, China, and Serbia.


What is the job about?
Your tasks will vary, and you can influence your tasks and involvement in projects according to your abilities and aspirations.


Overall, your day-to-day tasks will revolve around:

  • Develop, maintain, and deliver Power App- and Power Automate solutions that live up to the given business-requirements
  • Provide support directly for the end-users including bug-fixing and continuous improvement
  • Provide input to the design of the solution in order to optimize functionality and reusability
  • Cooperate with the solution architect, peer developers, data team and stakeholders across Grundfos
  • Document solutions developed according to the documentation standard
  • Perform quality checks on solutions developed by peer developers
  • Participate actively in maturing and optimizing our own processes to ensure a smooth internal workflow as well as offering the best possible support for the end-users
  • Working in a scrum setup with sprint planning, daily stand-ups and sharing sessions
  • A steep learning curve from official Microsoft courses as well as hands-on training


What do you need to apply?

As this is a junior position, we do not expect a vast amount of business experience, but we do expect you to have the knowledge and more than a basic understanding of how to build Power Apps and Power Automate flows.
In the job, you will be guided by experienced developers and system architects.
To succeed in this role, besides the technical expertise, you need to have the ability to manage somewhat a high uncertainty and system complexity. We also expect a great deal of openness to learn and explore new technologies and concepts. It is also important that you enjoy and are curious about agile ways of working.
 

 

We imagine that you have:

  • Examples of previously developed solutions
  • Relevant education or experience in software development. Perhaps you also gained insight into business operations and automation
  • Preferably, you got to apply your capabilities in a business environment during or after your education
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure, Azure is a bonus but not a must
  • Experience with SQL and database administration
  • Good communication skills in English
