As the CI specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and/or facilitating Kaizen Workshops to achieve targeted efficiency and productivity improvements
- Implementation of employee suggestion system process and needed IT tools
Furthermore, you will:
- Track and organize implementation of suggestion
- Report regularly to management team about suggestion system performance
- Participate in the development and identification of global/local best practices
- Participate in the design and improvement of global/local training activities
- Continuously improve execution of practices and methods based on process measures. Drive and be involved in deep dive assessments
- Support improvement of local competence matrix and establishment of organizational capabilities
- Facilitate implementation of various CI tools and methods such as 5S, VSM, TPM, QRQC, Skill matrix etc.
What do you need to apply?
- Master’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
- English language required, high level written and spoken
