As the CI specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and/or facilitating Kaizen Workshops to achieve targeted efficiency and productivity improvements
• Implementation of employee suggestion system process and needed IT tools

Furthermore, you will:

• Track and organize implementation of suggestion
• Report regularly to management team about suggestion system performance
• Participate in the development and identification of global/local best practices
• Participate in the design and improvement of global/local training activities
• Continuously improve execution of practices and methods based on process measures. Drive and be involved in deep dive assessments
• Support improvement of local competence matrix and establishment of organizational capabilities
• Facilitate implementation of various CI tools and methods such as 5S, VSM, TPM, QRQC, Skill matrix etc.

What do you need to apply?

• Master’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
• English language required, high level written and spoken
