You will join our Apps & Automation team. A newly formed team under our Group Continuous Improvement Digitalization department that is dedicated to improving processes for all employees, within Grundfos, through digitalization.


After years of having one Center of Excellence for RPA in our Finance function, we are now expanding to the Operations Business Unit to fulfill the big demand for new solutions from the business. Operations contains an enormous amount of untapped potential that only waits to be released. You will be a first mover withing this new setup, as a part of the Apps & Automation team in CI Digitalization as well as being in close collaboration with the RPA team located in Finance. This means that there are plenty of sources to gain new knowledge from as well as for discussing day-to-day problem solving. Hence, You will be part of two full-stack international digitalization teams consisting of platform architects, developers, and project managers located in Denmark, Germany, Serbia, Latvia and Poland. Part of the work delivered will therefore be aligned virtually and gives to option to partly work remote, however, with the obligation to travel 1-3 times per year.


What is the job about?


Being a CI Digitalization Robotics Developer, you will develop and deliver Automation solutions of high value to the Operations Business unit in Grundfos.


Furthermore, you will:


•    Develop Robotic Process Automation flows according to specified software development process (e.g. IT security, testability governance, Object oriented, template specific etc.). 
•    Take ownership of technical deliveries according to system and solutions architecture.
•    Support software solution architecture within limited scope.
•    Ensure system performance optimization.
•    Implement quality standards for code review.
•    Train and support associate developers.
•    Work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams - and influence others across functions.
•    Work in an Agile setup following the SCRUM methodologies
•    Work closely with the business to find automation potential
•    Collaborate closely with Business Analyst and Business e.g. End Users to ensure suitable implementations and continuous support
•    Contribute to the transition from task-based automation to Hyper-automation/Intelligent Automation, applying a business process management perspective and think E2E automation design 


What do you need to apply?


You are able to work in team and also individually in a structured manner. Being a leader and building a network internally and externally is your way of working.


We imagine that you have:


•    Process understanding, analysis and business Process Management
•    Most likely to have 2-5 years of relevant work experience before entering level besides formal education
•    Operational experience with common systems/tools in Business Operations like SAP, MS Excel, Power Automate (Microsoft Flow), Azure DevOps  
•    Experience with Blue Prism or other automation tools (like Automation Anywhere, UiPath)
