As our new Business and Market Analyst, you will design and build data products and analytical solutions that uncover how customers engage with Grundfos, empowering commercial teams across the globe to make smarter, data‑driven decisions.

What you will be doing
As a key part of the Market & Lead Excellence Team, you'll create impact by Developing data-driven insights and tools that strengthen customer engagement and fuel commercial growth across global markets.
Our primary preference is for candidates based in or within commuting distance of Inđija. We are therefore open to candidates from the wider Belgrade and Novi Sad areas, or nearby locations, who can commute to our Inđija office 1–2 days per week.
Your main responsibilities include:
• Design and build data products that support commercial decision-making and customer excellence initiatives
• Analyze customer engagement patterns and market trends to uncover actionable business insights
• Develop and maintain analytical pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud-based data platforms such as Azure and Snowflake
• Translate complex data into recommendations for global stakeholders
• Collaborate with commercial teams to identify analytical needs and deliver scalable, self-service reporting solutions
What makes you a great fit?
Above all, you are an analytically minded professional with strong programming skills and a genuine curiosity for understanding customer behavior and market dynamics at a global scale. We would also imagine that you have:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, FON- Faculty of Organizational Science, Electrotechnical, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and product development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to communicate insights to non-technical audiences
It is a plus if you also:
• 1-2 years of experience in a data analyst, business analyst, or market intelligence role
• Experience working with cloud data platforms such as Azure, Snowflake and/ or AWS
• Familiarity with commercial analytics, customer journey analysis, or market intelligence
• Exposure to data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
