Peerless Pump Company, an Indianapolis based subsidiary of Grundfos, is seeking a QRC - Service Administrator to join its Indianapolis QRC Service group.
The QRC - Service Administrator will provide administrative support for Indianapolis Service Center (QRC). Transacts business in SAP CS module and provides customer service and order support for in process service orders. Work will be completed in a fast paced, collaborative environment..
This position reports directly to the QRC Service Manager and will operate daily out of the Indianapolis, IN facility.
Relocation for this position cannot be supported and qualified candidates must have authorization to work in the USA without support.

What is the job about?
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in successful execution of service requests in SAP CS.
- Process service orders in system – including, but not limited to, entering orders, putting stock parts on the order, issuing purchase orders, processing work orders, preparing shipping documentation, & issuing billing requests
- Communicate with customer on status of in process work and completed orders
- Scanning records in the system
- Request new part numbers
- Create equipment numbers for new FM fire nameplate requirement
- Serve as back-up to Service Team Members
- Other duties as assigned
What do you need to apply?
- Associates degree or equivalent experience
- SAP experience preferred
- Experience with pumps and pumping systems is preferred
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to input data, coordinate and organize activities within a department and between departments
- Ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously with the capacity to work independently
- Must exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Energetic and responsive people person and team player with the ability to work with all levels of employees
- Organized and focused with the sense of urgency to meet deadlines
- Working knowledge of computers and proficient with PC software
- Possess good problem-solving skills with limited supervision.
