As our new Sales Enablement Specialist, you will be leading structured market analysis, partner evaluations, and new market assessments—converting insights into sales plays, tools, and content that sharpen commercial execution and drive pipeline growth. What you will be doing

As a key part of the Commercial Excellence team, you'll create impact by Translating complex market, customer, and partner data into clear commercial strategies that strengthen Grundfos's competitive position and accelerate revenue growth..

 

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Conduct TAM/SAM/SOM sizing, competitor analysis, and market attractiveness scoring to build market entry recommendations and 'Where to Play / How to Win' strategies
  • Gather, clean, and analyze data from CRM, installed base, and external sources to develop dashboards, whitespace identification, and opportunity models for Sales teams
  • Evaluate and tier potential channel and service partners using capability scorecards covering coverage, solution fit, market reach, and growth potential
  • Develop sales playbooks, battle cards, talk tracks, personas, and competitive positioning materials that equip the field to win
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly reports on enablement impact and pipeline contribution, conduct win/loss reviews, and drive continuous improvement in data quality and methods

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are an analytically sharp commercial thinker who thrives on converting raw data into compelling stories and field-ready tools, with the curiosity to explore new markets and the rigor to evaluate business partners. We would also imagine that you have:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Analytics, or a related field
  • 1-3+ years in sales enablement, commercial excellence, market intelligence, or a similar analytical role
  • Strong data analysis skills (Excel, Power BI) and hands-on experience with CRM systems (SAP CRM or Salesforce)
  • Proven ability to perform market entry assessments or partner evaluations with excellent communication and data visualization skills

 

It is a plus if you also:

  • Experience in B2B industrial, water technology, or building services sectors
  • Familiarity with sales methodology frameworks and content management platforms
  • Exposure to channel partner management or distribution network analysis

 

Please note that relocation for this position cannot be supported and qualified candidate must have the authorization to work in the USA without support.

 

The salary range for this position is $58,000 to $85,000. Individual pay will be determined based on market location and the candidate’s profile. The range listed is just one component of Grundfos’s & Peerless Pump Company total compensation and benefits package for employees. Total compensation includes paid time off, paid holidays, merit increases, bonuses, and employee stock purchase programs, etc. Certain roles are eligible to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization.
