As our new Client Services Specialist, you will be serving as the primary liaison between our Made-to-Order pump customers and the factory, strategically coordinating projects and proactively managing key accounts to ensure exceptional service delivery. What you will be doing:
As a key part of the Client Services team, you'll create impact by driving client satisfaction and operational excellence by aligning customer needs with factory capabilities across every stage of the project lifecycle.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Serve as the primary liaison between our MTO Pump customers and the factory, ensuring strategic coordination of projects and proactive account management.
- Develop and execute Account Management fulfillment plans, aligning strategic priorities with Sales and key clients
- Act as the single point of contact for customer quotes, orders, project timelines, and technical documentation across assigned accounts
- Develop delivery schedules that balance customer requirements with operational capacity and business objectives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Purchasing, Operations, Engineering, and Warranty teams internationality to resolve complex customer inquiries and escalated issues
- Exercise independent judgment to initiate corrective actions, authorize RMAs, and influence internal priorities to meet client needs
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, proactively identifying opportunities for improved service, process enhancements, and project success
What makes you a great fit:
Above all, you are a proactive relationship builder with strong analytical skills, sound independent judgment, and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams to deliver results for customers. We would also imagine that you have:
- A bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, or a related field
- A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in client services, account management, or a similar customer-facing coordination role
- Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion on significant business matters
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written/oral communication skills
It is a plus if you also:
- Have experience with ERP systems, with SAP experience preferred
- A background in manufacturing, engineered-to-order, or pump/industrial equipment environments
- Proficiency with MS Office and strong organizational skills with minimal supervision required

The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $73,075 per year. Individual pay will be determined based on market location and the candidate’s profile. The range listed is just one component of Grundfos’s & Peerless Pump Company total compensation and benefits package for employees. Total compensation includes paid time off, paid holidays, merit increases, bonuses, and employee stock purchase programs, etc. Certain roles are eligible to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization.
