What is the job about?

Based out of our HQ in Bjerringbro, you will be leading a team of 14 people, consisting of scrum masters, software developers and business analysts. The team is part of a global department, where the purpose is to ensure coherent IoT Cloud Services used across business solutions/offerings. The department are responsible for architecture, quality, operations and security of their services. Grundfos' IoT Cloud Platform and Core Services team specializes in designing IoT solutions for pumps which means that we use the power of technology to make our pumps smarter and more efficient. 

IoT technology allows pumps to connect to the internet and send data about their performance in real-time. This data helps to improve pump efficiency, reduce maintenance costs, and extend the lifespan of products. 

 

Heading the team, you will focus on team development and strengthening capabilities, kindling curiosity, and continued motivation in close collaboration with the scrum masters. You will also help the team’s efforts succeed, acting as the catalyst for change. More specifically your main responsibilities will be:

 

  • People management – secure the performance of the team and develop plans to maintain an efficient, productive and harmonious work environment
  • Support the delivery/service area strategy and deliver accordingly while contributing to executing the IT strategy
  • Driving projets/initiatives  
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures across delivery/service areas  

 

Your background

The key to your success is your ability to influence and lead not only your team but also key stakeholders. You know how to communicate at all levels of an organization and are known for your attitude of setting a clear direction and inspiring others to follow.

 

We imagine that you:

 

  • have a master’s degree or similar
  • are an experienced people leader in an IT / software application development environment  
  • have experience in contributing to, managing and/or implementing programs/projects and driving successful change management
  • have experience working in an agile set-up in an international environment
  • possess excellent communication skills in English and preferably also Danish
