IT Hardware Asset Management Analyst

As our new IT Hardware Asset Management Analyst, you will be executing and optimizing lifecycle management for a global fleet of 20,000+ IT hardware assets, ensuring corporate inventory data matches physical reality through rigorous tracking, reconciliation, and reporting. What you will be doing

As a key part of the IS Onsite Services team, you'll create impact by Driving data accuracy and operational efficiency across Grundfos's global IT hardware portfolio, directly contributing to compliance and cost-saving goals.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Execute weekly ServiceNow imports and updates for financial data including invoices, service request dates, and investment numbers
  • Audit asset dashboards to identify missing, mismatched, or anomalous records and flag issues for correction
  • Coordinate localized logistics including PC Exchange progress tracking and site readiness documentation for onsite teams
  • Manage the shared Hardware Asset Management mailbox daily, triaging and resolving queries for downstream IT units
  • Coordinate annual physical stockroom inventories and participate in quarterly and annual compliance audits
  • Contribute to documentation, knowledge-based creation, and continuous process improvement initiatives

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a detail-oriented IT asset management professional with strong data skills, a knack for spotting anomalies in large datasets, and the ambition to grow from operational execution into process optimization and audit leadership. We would also imagine that you have:

  • 1-3 years of experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM) or IT inventory coordination in an enterprise environment
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow for asset tracking, ticket management, and data validation
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills for managing tracking files and dashboards
  • Professional proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills

It is a plus if you are also:

  • Familiarity with corporate procurement, purchasing, and invoicing tools
  • Understanding of IT hardware lifecycle stages from procurement through secure retirement
  • Exposure to data governance principles or compliance frameworks for asset tracking and data protection
