As our new Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Application Consultant, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and supporting solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics 365 CRM. Your work will help deliver secure, scalable, and reliable business applications that support critical operations across our Water Treatment business. What you will be doing
As a key member of the Water Treatment Application Solutions team, you'll create impact by delivering high-quality solutions that improve business processes and operational performance.
Your main responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain solutions across Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics 365 CRM, including extensions, integrations, and Power Platform capabilities.
• Translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions while following established development, architecture, and security standards.
• Provide technical and functional support for business-critical applications, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable improvements.
• Manage incidents, requests, changes, and releases through ServiceNow while ensuring clear ownership, communication, and documentation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, global IT teams, and external partners to deliver enhancements and support solution rollouts.

We'd also imagine that you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central development and integrations.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM, Dataverse, and Power Platform tools.
• Familiarity with GitHub, CI/CD, and application lifecycle management.

It's a plus if you also have:

• Experience working with ServiceNow and structured IT service management processes.
• Understanding of business processes across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, customer service, or commercial operations.
• Experience collaborating with global teams and external service providers.
