As our new IS Onsite Engineer, you will be delivering hands-on IT support and hardware lifecycle management for a local Grundfos office [Peerless Pump], ensuring employees have the tools and services they need to succeed. What you will be doing
As a key part of the Global IS Onsite Services team, you'll create impact by Driving IT service excellence and security culture at the local level while connecting your site to Grundfos's global IS organization.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Plan and execute hardware asset management lifecycle services including PCs, tablets, monitors, meeting room equipment, phones, and printers
- Provide VIP and IS partner support locally while acting as the on-the-ground extension of global IS colleagues
- Order and purchase standard IT equipment and manage local IT contracts such as phone subscriptions
- Drive IT security culture and deliver IS training and knowledge transfer sessions for local business colleagues
- Ensure service availability of standard IS applications and infrastructure, keeping stakeholders informed of IT-related changes
- Participate in local IS projects including infrastructure lifecycle changes and IT security initiatives
What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are a hands-on, self-motivated IT professional with an extroverted personality who thrives on helping others, communicating clearly, and independently managing local IT operations as part of a global team.
We would also imagine that you have:
- Technical degree in IT or equivalent practical experience
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in IT support, hardware management, or onsite engineering
- 1-3 years relevant experience in server rack maintenance and cabling testing
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
It is a plus if you also:
- Experience with IT asset lifecycle management and procurement processes
- Familiarity with IT security best practices and end-user training delivery
- Experience working in a global IT organization with remote reporting structures
- Veterans with related technical MOS experience are strongly encouraged to apply. *much preferred

The salary range for this position is $59,800-$79,365 (exempt). Individual pay will be determined based on market location and the candidate’s profile. The range listed is just one component of Peerless Grundfos’s total compensation and benefits package for employees. Total compensation includes paid time off, paid holidays, merit increases, bonuses, and employee stock purchase programs, etc. Peerless Grundfos salary rates are benchmarked and reflect the target for new hire salaries for the position in Indianapolis, Indiana.
