Are you passionate about driving compliance excellence and ensuring quality systems run seamlessly across an entire manufacturing facility? Then join us in our mission to pioneer smarter solutions for moving and transforming water, reducing energy consumption, and enhancing quality of life for people.
As our new IMS and Document Control Quality Technician, you will be managing and maintaining Grundfos's Integrated Management System documentation, conducting internal audits across all departments, and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.

You'll be part of a diverse, supportive and inclusive culture that celebrates our differences and puts people first by fostering growth, well-being, and a sense of belonging.
What you will be doing
As a key part of the Quality team, you'll create impact by driving continuous improvement and compliance across quality, environmental, and health & safety systems that support world-class manufacturing operations.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Manage document control within the Grundfos IMS system — creating, reviewing, revising, distributing, and archiving controlled documents and workflows.
- Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal audits across Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety domains, including line audits.
- Track audit findings, follow up on corrective actions, and verify closure to maintain compliance.
- Run reports and export data from IMS, SAP, and other databases into Excel to support management review and decision-making.
- Support alignment with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements and contribute to process standardization and system improvements.
- Generate customer quality documents and provide administrative support to the plant quality manager and quality engineers.
What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are a highly organized, analytically sharp professional who is comfortable engaging cross-functionally, asking tough questions during audits, and managing complex documentation systems with precision.
We would also imagine that you have:
- A Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant industry experience in document control and auditing.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including VLOOKUP) and experience with Power BI dashboards or similar reporting tools.
- Experience managing compliance documentation and working with database systems to gather and report on data.
It is a plus if you also have:
- Experience with IMS, ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001) or a background in a regulatory field.
- Experience working with SAP.
- External ISO Auditor or Lead Auditor certification.
