IMEA Supply Chain Analyst
Job Description

What is the job about?

 

Ensure that our customers’ needs are fulfilled by our Plants and DCs. Drive weekly and monthly analysis to understand trends in sales, production, inventory versus the plan to propose and drive actions to bridge gaps. Drive financial analyses in regards of improving inventories and costs in the supply chain.

 

Main responsibilities:

 

•     Build Analyses on inventory
•     Build analyses on costing (freight/Logistics)
•     Support month end closing process
•     Support cost out/ lead time reduction initiatives.
•     Ensure that our customers’ needs are fulfilled by our Plants and DCs.
•     Drive weekly and monthly analysis to understand trends in sales, production, inventory versus the plan to propose and drive actions to bridge gaps.
•     Drive financial analyses in regards of improving inventories and costs in the supply chain. Drive financial analyses in regards of improving inventories and costs in the supply chain.
•     Drive financial analyses in regards of improving inventories and costs in the supply chain.
•     You will also act as part time Order Execution Assistant, in which you support the local sales with shipping out of Europe towards selected countries in your area.
•     Expect to spend 70% of your time as analyst and 30% within order execution.

Main responsibilities within Order Execution:

•     Sales orders containing all data for perfect deliveries with incomplete SOs corrected; SAP delivery errors identified and corrected; detection and correction of missing route in deliveries
•     Ensure delivery creation for sales orders and STO’s due for delivery
•     Timely placement and reset of delivery blocks
•     Handling of premium freight


  
                         

 

Your Background:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Economics or Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance and Supply chain in Multinational Companies
  • Business understanding and a global mind-set
  • Excellent in English
  • Knows how to apply supply chain and finance concepts.
