What is the job about?

 

As a Water Utility Performance & Process Manager you will Build and drive Supply Chain Excellence through strong E2E performance, you will be responsible to Develop competencies in Water Utility supply chain and execute projects focused on continuous improvement or advanced analytics in close collaboration with various stakeholders (group/regional/plant supply chain, commercial excellence, regional operations/sales/CSSC) ensuring Customer satisfaction and alignment on Supply chain performances.

 

This position reports directly to our Supply Chain Sr. Director and will operate out of the Brookshire, Texas, in a hybrid function or from another US and Denmark place in a remote position.

 

Your main responsibilities:

 

  • Initiate and drive improvements projects and change management in the Supply Chain to increase delivery and quality performance and ultimately Customer satisfaction and/or reduce inventory.
  • Monitor and develop process KPIs and drive excellence within supply chain including improvements in GPS SCM pillar at the plant level.
  • Implement and deploy best practices through continuous improvements and tactical/strategical projects throughout Grundfos’ Supply Chain with a special focus on complex and bigger scale tasks.
  • Build competencies within the WU organization on group processes and daily work and act as an interface to GSC functions.
  • Participate in and drive divisional OTC related projects.
  • Design, drive and execute Supply Chain Digitalization initiatives with a global impact.
  • Design, maintain and continuously improve global metrics, indicators, dashboards; carry out advanced reporting and complex analytics.
  • Drive and lead presentations and discussions of tasks and initiatives with members on higher management levels.
  • Apply knowledge and skills across a wider-spectrum of functions and organizational levels.       

 

We imagine that you have: 

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above in Supply Chain or Business Management or similar degree
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in Supply Chain Management in Multinational Companies
  • Business understanding and a global mindset.
  • Fluent English-speaking capabilities.
  • Knows how to apply supply chain and logistics concepts for E2E supply chains.
  • SAP and SIOP / S&OP knowledge
  • Experience with analytical tools (eg: PowerBI) is nice to have

 

Please note that relocation for this position cannot be supported and qualified candidates must have the authorization to work in the USA without support.
