  • Build and maintain warranty projection models in collaboration with Group Quality, leveraging data analysis to identify trends and root causes
  • Define and maintain the warranty sampling process, ensuring accurate claims investigation and timely customer responses
  • Keep customers informed on warranty app tool usage and drive expansion of digital warranty reporting capabilities
  • Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Solutions teams on continuous improvement projects for warranty analysis and reporting

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a detail-oriented quality professional with strong financial acumen, proven warranty management expertise, and the ability to lead cross-functional improvement initiatives in a large manufacturing environment. We would also imagine that you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Engineering with 5+ years of experience in warranty management tools and practices
  • Proficiency in ERP and warranty software platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, or Power BI for tracking claims and service history
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills using Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar tools to analyze warranty trends and performance
  • Knowledge of warranty policy, compliance requirements, and warranty cost analysis fundamentals

It is a plus if you also:

  • Six Sigma or Lean Management certification with proven application in reducing warranty or quality issues
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in quality or warranty management within a large manufacturing environment
  • Experience with dealership, supplier, and service partner management in a warranty context

  • Annual bonuses, health insurance and a strong focus on well-being activities.
  • Three days' additional paid leave for volunteering in your community.
  • Access to on-demand training and learning sessions and carefully structured programs to pursue personal and professional development opportunities.
