As our new Service Engineer, you will be providing technical service expertise in fluid mechanics, HVAC systems, and automation control to support Grundfos customers across the Greater Hong Kong region. What you will be doing

As a key part of the Commercial Service Operations team, you'll create impact by Delivering reliable, high-quality engineering service solutions that optimize customer installations and strengthen long-term partnerships..

Your main responsibilities include:

• Provide on-site technical service, troubleshooting, and commissioning support for pump systems, HVAC installations, and automation controls
• Identify operational and process risks, propose effective solutions, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery
• Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to resolve technical and operational issues efficiently
• Initiate and support projects and activities that enhance service quality and customer engagement across the Hong Kong office
• Manage administrative and facility-related tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a hands-on mechanical engineering professional with strong knowledge of fluid mechanics and automation control, combined with excellent customer orientation, persistence, and collaborative teamwork skills. We would also imagine that you have:

• Degree in mechanical or electromechanical engineering with knowledge of fluid mechanics and automation control
• 5+ years of relevant engineering experience, including 2-3 years in HVAC systems
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently

It is a plus if you also:

• Experience with pump systems or water technology applications
