Job Purpose:
Responsible for the performance of the sales team through task guidance, direction setting and motivation of the workforce. Mandates customer visits, face time activities.
Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities:
- Overall responsible for the performance of the business team.
- Establish objectives, processes, operational efficiency and concrete execution plans linked to the targets set.
- Select, lead, guide, evaluate and develop the management team to ensure that the unit/department achieves the business objectives and comply with all relevant regulations and laws.
- Deliver reports according to the reporting structure implemented in the company.
- Lead sales team to execute the Grundfos strategy and build a strong Grundfos marketing position and brand.
- Lead business supporting teams to provide end to end support to customers.
- Responsible for annual budgeting management and support necessary financial forecast when necessary. Monitor capacity costs in responsible area as legal entity and ensure profit target
- Develop and maintain an effective business relationship with customers, authorities, contractors and design institutes, etc.
- Get feedbacks from customers regarding the product services and report back, if it lives up to the company/Group standards. - Have regular performance coaching meetings with team members to ensure that we have the desired behavior in developing customers & sales
- Drive Facetime (activities with customers) and Pipeline Management (ensuring opportunities for future sales) within their teams, including follow-up on activities and opportunities in the global CRM tool.
- Work focus: Deliver results through managers/employees and enable team productivity and individual productivity. Build effective and successful team(s). Create collaboration across relevant functional areas.

Required Minimum Qualifications:
- Industry, market and business environment
- Experience developing, implementing processes preferably within Sales.
- Experience executing on strategies and strategic initiatives within a complex business environment; experience from a large manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
- Experience operating and leading a team and/or process preferably within Sales.
- Most likely to have 7-10 years of relevant work experience before entering level.
- Master’s Degree or equivalent
- Technical, functional and professional
- Strong ability to lead and/or influence others.
- Strong knowledge of best practices and relevant systems within Sales.
