Title: Customer Sales & Support Center- Assistant Manager


Job Purpose

  • Lead team to support customer with high service level.
  • Collaborate with cross function including internal & external stakeholders to help sales meet sales target.


Job Description

  • Focus on internal support including quotation, technical support, and order fulfillment
  • Supervise, instruct, and evaluate subordinators’ performance so as to increase the effectiveness & efficiency
  • Identify possibility of process improvement & optimization.
  • Cooperate with other departments including Logistics, Operations, Finance, local vendors closely to fulfill requirement from customers and sales.



  • 3-5 years relevant work experience in a leadership position is preferred
  • Ability to motivate employees and work in a rigorous and flexible way
  • Good communication in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
