Assistant Office & Administrative Officer
What is the Job about
To be responsible for the GHK administrative operation, assistant in facility management and coordinate with the business /function unit within GHK for day to day operation tasks.
Your main responsibilities
- Responsible for the on-going admin/facility tasks for Hongkong Office (30%)
- Identify the administrative process issues or risks, propose with solution and escalate to the line manager, and drive process improvement continually (20%)
- Initiate & coordinate activities and projects that actively engage employees across Hongkong office (20%)
- Work closely with other team on any operational issues (20%)
- Adhoc (10%)
Your background
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience and preferred with administrative /accounting background
- With 1-3 years’ relevant working experience
- Good in both oral and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Relating and networking skills
- Self-motivated, patient, work independently, reliable sense of responsibilities
- Computer literature, especially Microsoft Office, excellent in Excel
