Assistant Office & Administrative Officer

What is the Job about

To be responsible for the GHK administrative operation, assistant in facility management and coordinate with the business /function unit within GHK for day to day operation tasks.

 

Your main responsibilities

  • Responsible for the on-going admin/facility tasks for Hongkong Office (30%)
  • Identify the administrative process issues or risks, propose with solution and escalate to the line manager, and drive process improvement continually (20%)
  • Initiate & coordinate activities and projects that actively engage employees across Hongkong office (20%)
  • Work closely with other team on any operational issues (20%)
  • Adhoc (10%)

Your background

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience and preferred with administrative /accounting background
  • With 1-3 years’ relevant working experience
  • Good in both oral and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Relating and networking skills
  • Self-motivated, patient, work independently, reliable sense of responsibilities
  • Computer literature, especially Microsoft Office, excellent in Excel
