Sourcing Planner
Job Description

As our new Sourcing Planner, you will be managing end-to-end purchasing orders with overseas Grundfos factories, coordinating shipments, and ensuring timely delivery to customers in Vietnam. What you will be doing

As a key part of the Supply Chain team, you'll create impact by Ensuring reliable product availability and delivery excellence that directly supports Grundfos Vietnam's customer satisfaction and business growth.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Create and follow up Purchase Orders in SAP with overseas Grundfos factories until cargo arrives at the Grundfos Vietnam warehouse, aligned with customer requirements and purchasing processes
  • Monitor delivery performance, proactively communicate changes, and alert related parties to any shipment issues in a timely manner
  • Raise and track non-compliant delivery cases (missing, damaged, or incorrect products) in the Quality system (QIP) until fully resolved
  • Follow up on CO, CQ, and other product certificates with factories, ensuring documents are issued accurately and on time
  • Collect and dispatch shipping documents to customers on a weekly basis
  • Analyze delivery performance reports and identify opportunities for improvement

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a detail-oriented supply chain professional with strong order management skills, international logistics knowledge, and excellent bilingual communication in English and Vietnamese. We would also imagine that you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Foreign Trade, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in shipment follow-up or order management with local and overseas vendors
  • Business mindset with familiarity in commercial trading and international logistics
  • Good communication skills in both business English and Vietnamese (written and verbal)

It is a plus if you are also:

  • Knowledge of SAP, particularly the Sales and Distribution (SD) module
  • Proactive and positive attitude with comfort in structured, routine-driven work
