Water Treatment Systems Project Manager
Job Description

What does the job entail?

 

As a Water Treatment Systems Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of ensuring clean and safe water supply by overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of water treatment systems projects. Your role will involve managing schedules and teams to meet the needs of external clients, both commercial and industrial. You will ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards, while independently delivering on-site equipment scope. Your expertise and leadership will be crucial in driving successful project outcomes and contributing to a sustainable future in water management.

 

The role is based in our office in High Wycombe.

 

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

 

                     Building and executing project schedules and assuring timely project phases delivery

                     Assuring project documentation including instruction for Clients and on-site staff

                     Assuring required documentation delivery

                     Supervising  on-site works aimed at assuring compliant delivery of water treatment solutions (system commissioning)

                     Owning the project costing  and assuring proper cost assignment and securing sales margins.

                     Reporting projects status including schedule, cost, cash flow and issues including identifying and mitigating risks.

                     Assuring the cooperation among internal stakeholders (i.e. sales, engineering, procurement, commissioning, legal and finance)

                     Closely cooperating, instructing, supervising and mentoring of service technicians and automation technicians during set-up stage as well as ensuring further contracted maintenance service.

                     Effective cooperation with the sales team in order to assure technical compliance with customer needs.

 

 

 

Who are you?

 

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering
  • Preferable 3 to 5 years' experience in project / technical systems delivery
  • Experience in job-related tools (AutoCAD) and MS office tools
  • Proficient in English language
  • Having a clear understanding in water treatment processes or similar
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and presentations skills
