As our new Head of Service & Solutions, West US, you will be leading the overall strategy, growth, and management of the Service & Aftermarket business across the West US, developing regional service strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and driving commercial standardization to optimize revenue, profit, and service quality.

What you will be doing

As a key part of the Americas Service & Solutions team, you'll create impact by building a high-performing, customer-centric service organization that delivers profitable growth while advancing Grundfos's Strategy 2025 and pioneering IIoT-driven service innovation.

Your main responsibilities are to:

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and profitable growth for the Service and Aftermarket business across the West US area.
  • Lead service innovation efforts in IIoT (Industrial internet of things) and remote monitoring, aligning with Global Service to leverage tools, processes, and best practices worldwide.
  • Build and implement a comprehensive Grundfos Authorized Service Partner program to extend service reach and quality.
  • Collaborate with pump sales and regional service organizations to maximize revenue and profit potential across all service offerings.
  • Establish performance metrics and drive continuous improvement, while developing an organization and processes that support strategic growth in service quality.
  • Participate in large claim resolution and develop warranty policy processes that align with overall Grundfos standards.
  • Collaborate with Group & Regional Service to set continuous‑improvement performance metrics while contributing to regional priorities as an active member of the Regional Service leadership team.

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a results-driven service leader with strong business acumen, mechanical and electrical expertise, and the ability to build engagement across your team while delivering strategic growth. We would also imagine that you have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical field, with 5+ years of functional experience as an Aftermarket/Service Manager in a larger organization.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working in a service organization with demonstrated ability to grow a business or segment.
  • Proven negotiation and resolution management skills.
  • Ability to travel approximately 30% annually (domestic and international) with a valid passport and driver's license.

It is a plus if you also:

  • Knowledge of pumps and rotating equipment in industrial applications.
  • Experience auditing for ISO (or similar compliance related) standards (ISO 18001/14001/9001).
  • Experience working in a global environment within an international matrix organization

The salary range for this position is $105,200 - $166,365. Individual pay will be determined based on market location and the candidate’s profile. The range listed is just one component of Grundfos’s total compensation and benefits package for employees. Total compensation includes paid time off, paid holidays, merit increases, bonuses, and employee stock purchase programs, etc. Grundfos salary rates are benchmarked and reflect the target for new hire salaries for the position in Fresno, CA.
