As Head of EHS Integration and Organizational Development, you'll be at the forefront of integrating newly acquired companies, elevating EHS culture across our diverse brands, and driving continuous EHS excellence within our Group Functions with particular focus on field Service and Solutions activities. You become a part of a global team and therefor your dont have to be placed in Bjerringbro, Denmark. It is however an advantage to be based in a European Timezone.
What is the job about?
You will lead a global team of EHS professionals to support the realization of Grundfos' EHS ambitions through task guidance, direction setting, professional development, and motivation.
You will lead the EHS M&A workstream and personally be involved in conducting EHS Due diligence and post merger integration plans, ensuring timely completion of EHS-related tasks within M&A projects, successful integration of processes and policies post-acquisition, implementation of training and development initiatives that enhance capabilities, and adoption of EHS practices in Grundfos Group functions and in newly acquired companies, until they are placed in the division they will belong.
Your primary Responsibilities:
• Define, drive, lead, and oversee seamless EHS execution of mergers and acquisitions activities, including the due diligence phase and post-merger integration.
• Lead the EHS workstream in partnership with Divisional EHS Senior Managers, the EHS CoE, and the EHS Strategy Planning and Execution team.
• Collect, analyze, and monitor EHS performance data for sustainability reporting and target setting.
• Identify gaps and formulate recommended approaches to EHS integration in line with Grundfos' EHS ambitions.
• Define and implement training programs and capability-building initiatives in collaboration with the EHS CoE.
• Serve as the EHS business partner to country directors, functions, and separation brands.
• Lead a team of global EHS professionals, ensuring EHS integration and organizational development across various sites and functions in a regional setup with specific focus on Service & Solutions activities.

Furthermore, we imagine that you have:
• Preferably a master’s degree or equivalent within a relevant field.
• Strong experience with EHS and M&A, preferably both due diligence and post-merger integrations from an EHS perspective.
• NEBOSH Diploma/Certificate, Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP), or equivalent.
• Lead auditor in one or more ISO standards or equivalent (14001, 45001).
• Experience with developing and implementing processes, executing strategies, and strategic initiatives within a complex business environment.
• Experience operating and leading a team and/or process.
• Proficiency in English, both verbally and written.
