Your Impact 

As Global Head of DEI, you will: 

  • Lead the global DEI strategy and governance, ensuring alignment with business goals and sustainability commitments. 

  • Drive cultural transformation through inclusive leadership development and capability building. 

  • Build strategic external partnerships with industry associations and global networks to amplify impact. 

  • Oversee Inclusion Council and ERGs, turning them into engines of innovation and engagement. 

  • Ensure compliance with evolving global DEI regulations (US, EU) and manage reputational risk. 

  • Represent Grundfos as a DEI ambassador in global forums and industry alliances. 

 

What We’re Looking For 

  • Proven global leadership experience (15+ years) in HR, change management, and organizational development within complex, matrix environments. 

  • International exposure and ability to navigate cross-cultural dynamics. 

  • Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and ability to link inclusion to competitive advantage. 

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills at board and executive level. 

  • Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent senior experience).
