As our new Sr. CSSC BackOffice Engineer, you will be providing expert technical and commercial support within our Customer Sales & Service Center, handling complex product selections, system configurations, and order processing to ensure our customers receive the right solutions efficiently. What you will be doing
As a key part of the Customer Sales & Service Center (CSSC) team, you'll create impact by Driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence by resolving complex technical inquiries and streamlining back-office processes that connect our products to the people who need them.


Your main responsibilities include:
•    Handle complex technical and commercial inquiries from customers and internal sales teams, providing accurate product selections and system recommendations
•    Process and manage orders including technical validation, pricing, configuration, and documentation for pump and water technology solutions
•    Collaborate with product specialists, logistics, and front-office teams to resolve escalated cases and ensure timely delivery
•    Maintain and update customer records, order data, and technical documentation in CRM and ERP systems
•    Identify opportunities to improve back-office workflows, reduce lead times, and enhance the overall customer experience
•    Mentor and support junior back-office engineers, sharing technical knowledge and best practices

Above all, you are a technically skilled professional with strong commercial acumen, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a service-oriented mindset who thrives in a fast-paced support environment.

We would also imagine that you have:
•    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Sciences, or a related field
•    5+ years of experience in technical back-office support, application engineering, or order management within an industrial or manufacturing environment
•    Strong knowledge of pump systems, HVAC, water technology, or similar engineered products
•    Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and CRM tools

It is a plus if you also:
•    Experience with Grundfos product portfolio or similar water technology solutions
•    Familiarity with product selection and sizing tools
•    Multilingual capabilities to support a diverse customer base
