What is the Job all about?

This job will be responsible for supporting and coordinating decided marketing activities to drive sales. The Senior Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for local marketing activities in the cluster such as digital & written marketing content, customer events and fairs.

You will align plan annual local activities and coordinate with stakeholders in Industry Japan and other PU to provide secure a professional and unified approach to protect the Grundfos brand.

You will be reporting to the Regional Marketing Sr. Manager, APAC and will be assigned to work in Japan.

 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Create an annual plan for marketing activities together with the Area Sales Director and ensure the budget allocation.
  • Create, deliver, edit and optimize marketing material.
  • Support prioritized marketing product launch activities.
  • Being the supporter in ACS.
  • Arrange and support with customer events/fairs.
  • Deliver master elements ready for use via multiple marketing channels
  • Coordinate and support the global Grundfos marketing organization regarding selected disciplines within digital marketing
  • Follow up and ensure the marketing initiatives meet objectives and keep within the budget.
  • Ensure alignment and efficient internal stakeholder management and cooperation.
  • Support the development of regional marketing concepts and solutions meeting business needs and requirements.
  • Secure clear and consistent representation of Grundfos image, values and key messages- safeguarding Grundfos visual identity.
  • Other Ad-hoc tasks and projects are as and when required.
  • Achieving marketing KPIs for the Cluster.
  • Successful deployment of the annual marketing activities within time, quality and budget.
  • Successful collaboration with Sales Managers, Sales Engineers and Area Sales Director.
  • Project specific KPI’s, ex. Value Interactions, Leads and Sales.
  • Knowledge and best practice across the Marketing functional area.

 

Your background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing with 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience of working with digital marketing tools such as MARKETO and Aventri
  • Experience in working with the creation of technical content (preferred)
  • Experience of working with an international company with multiple stakeholders (preferred)
