Senior CSSC Front Line Representative

As our new Customer Supply & Service Centre (CSSC )Senior Front Line Representative, you will be serving as a key customer contact point, resolving inquiries, managing complex order fulfillment tasks, and driving seamless coordination between customers and internal teams to ensure outstanding service delivery. What you will be doing

Your main responsibilities include:
•    Provide contact resolution on customer inquiries and handle complex order fulfillment tasks related to project sales and invoice disputes
•    Deliver timely quotations, technical advice, and order entry support to customers and sales teams while managing the full order lifecycle including changes, cancellations, and delivery coordination
•    Act as primary escalation support for Order-to-Delivery process inquiries, creating and routing tickets (RFIs, RFQs, OEW, CIC Logistics) to relevant teams
•    Coordinate across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Field Service teams to ensure accurate delivery schedules, billing resolution, and high customer satisfaction
•    Identify business opportunities for handover to sales teams and promote digital tools (GPC, MyGrundfos, Extranet) to customers
•    Record customer complaints and product return requests, and proactively identify internal process improvement opportunities

 

What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are a customer-focused professional with strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage complex order processes while building trusted relationships across internal and external stakeholders.

We would also imagine that you have:
•    3+ years of relevant experience in customer service, order management, or a related commercial support role
•    Practical knowledge of Customer Service software, databases, and SAP (CRM/SD/MM modules)
•    Proficiency in MS Office applications
•    Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication and relationship-building skills

It is a plus if you are also:
•    Experience in the pump industry or industrial/manufacturing sector
•    Ability to lead minor processes or improvement projects within a customer service environment
•    Knowledge of business structures, product portfolios, and market needs to drive a customer-centric experience
