Purpose of the Job 

The primary responsible for this role is to support Industry APAC Japan management team to encourage execution of annual business deployment plan cording to Group and Division Strategy through close collaboration with area sales leaders and internal stakeholders.

 

Responsibilities:

·       Align and co-develop strategy deployment plan with direct manager for market in Japan.

·       Work as window person to connect with Industry APAC regional Sales Development team, to ensure an effective translation and deployment of global and regional business plan fitting with local team and market. When necessary, work directly with IND Global function for Japan specific initiatives per management direction.

·       Budget dissemination based on KPI and analysis by timely manner.

·       Involvement for pricing align with region and harmonization with 1Office for implementation.

·       Supporting implementation of MI related activities together with MI revitalization commercial priority leader.

·       Coordinate and implement commercial activities including sales and technical trainings for Japan.

·       Handling sales opportunities for accurate estimation for the coming months and planning.

·       Perform data analysis tasks and organize data into usable format to support business needs.

·       Provide local business intelligence (e.g., Competitor Intelligence, Local Market Research, etc.) collection and analysis, prepare business recommendation accordingly.

·       Management support to line and local management team, including but not limited to prepare and organize area and regional level business meeting, local sales tracking, and work with regional Sales Development team according to management direction.

·       Other responsibilities assigned by direct manager.

Required Minimum Qualifications

  • Professional investigative skills with the ability to collect and process data with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in MS Excel, power point, SAP ERP, CRM, BW
  • Experience within sales
  • Experience with similar industrial background
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to work with people at all levels and under an international environment
  • Good communication skills (in writing and vocally)
  • Japanese Native level and English skill as working language
