As our new Customer Sales Support Specialist, you will be serving as a key point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, preparing quotations, and processing sales orders to keep our commercial operations running seamlessly. What you will be doing

As a key part of the Customer Sales & Service Centre (CSSC) team, you'll create impact by Ensuring customers receive accurate, timely quotations and orders that strengthen trust and drive business growth for Grundfos.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Receive customer inquiries via email or phone and clarify specific product and service requirements
  • Prepare and generate quotations based on customer requests, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
  • Create and enter sales orders into the core system, maintaining data integrity throughout the process
  • Liaise with customers and internal teams to resolve order-related questions and ensure smooth fulfillment
  • Maintain and update customer records and order documentation in accordance with business processes
  • Collaborate proactively with team members to improve workflows and share knowledge

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a detail-oriented professional with solid administrative and sales support experience, comfortable navigating English-language systems and committed to continuous improvement. We would also imagine that you have:

  • 5+ years of practical experience in sales administration, order entry, or a similar administrative support role
  • Proficiency in basic PC operations including Word, Excel, and email communication
  • Ability to read and understand English-language system interfaces, menu items, and field names (Our customers are primarily Japanese companies. Communication with customers is by Japanese mainly.)
  • Solid business etiquette and professional communication skills

It is a plus if you also:

  • Experience with Excel functions such as SUM and VLOOKUP
  • Conversational-level English proficiency
  • Engineering background or technical product knowledge
  • Strong IT literacy and comfort learning new systems quickly
