As the HR Service Center & Payroll Manager, you will manage our integrate HR Service Center and Payroll team and ensure seamless and efficient service delivery. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining compliance with Danish labor laws, optimizing HR and payroll systems, and providing strong leadership to your team.

 

What is the job about?

As the HR Service Center & Payroll Manager, you will inspire and lead your teams, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous professional development while creating a collaborative and supportive environment. At Grundfos, the Danish HQ serves as our powerhouse, where we pilot new processes and systems and leverage our expertise to support our most senior and executive leaders.

 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Lead the HR Service Center and Payroll teams, ensuring high performance and professional development. Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • HR Service Center Operations: Oversee the delivery of HR services, including employee onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations. Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
  • Payroll: Supervise payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Manage payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Ensure compliance with tax laws and other payroll-related regulations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality. Leverage technology to streamline HR and payroll processes.
  • Compliance: Ensure all HR and payroll activities comply with Danish labor laws and company policies. Prepare and present regular reports on HR and payroll metrics to senior management.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and implementation of HR and payroll strategies aligned with the company’s global objectives and goals. Participate in planning meetings and provide insights on HR and payroll matters.


About you

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HR and leadership, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.

 

What we will be looking for:

  • Extensive experience within HR, preferably from HR Shared Services or experience as a regional HR manager.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a people leader.
  • Proven experience with project management.
  • Expertise in process design, streamlining, and implementation.
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies, such as LEAN.
  • Proficiency with HR systems, especially request systems.
  • Experience working in a large, global company.


You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
