To support this growth, we are seeking a Responsible of HR Cluster – Nordics and DACH to join our team in Water Treatment Europe HR organization. The cluster covers our activities in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Germany and Austria.

What is the job about?

In this role you will be responsible for translating and implementing HR plans within functions, designing, and implementing local processes, and promoting the Grundfos One Culture. You will advise on various HR topics, ensure adherence to labor laws, and manage compliance complaints and non-compliance cases by advising on various HR topics.

Furthermore you will:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and monitor legal and compliance issues.
  • Develop and implement local HR policies aligned with laws and Group policies.
  • Represent the company in dealing with workers' councils, unions, and legal matters.
  • Support initiatives in human rights, talent optimization, employer branding, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Facilitate strategic HR activities such as skills analysis, employee engagement, talent management, and recruitment.
  • Lead local HR team.

Your background:

  • Master's degree in HR, Business, Management or similar
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position or as an HR Business Partner
  • Extensive end-to-end HR experience and good HR generalist skills
  • International experience and ability to work in complex and transformational environments.
  • Proficient in the specifics of local legislation and labor market
  • Emphasis on responsibility and goal-focused thinking
  • Skilled in partnership-building and professional networking
  • Fluency in English and Danish
