As our new Service Coordinator, you will be coordinating customer service requests and dispatching service engineers to ensure timely, efficient resolution of technical issues across our service and solution. What you will be doing

As a key part of the Service and Solutions team, you'll create impact by Ensuring our customers receive fast, reliable support by seamlessly connecting their needs with our expert service engineers in the field..

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Handle inbound customer calls, accurately capturing service requests and troubleshooting initial inquiries
  • Schedule and dispatch service engineers to customer sites, optimizing routes and priorities for maximum efficiency
  • Coordinate with service engineers to track job progress, manage parts availability, and ensure timely completion
  • Maintain accurate records of service cases, work orders, and customer interactions in our CRM system
  • Communicate proactively with customers regarding appointment scheduling, status updates, and follow-ups
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams and support continuous improvement of service processes

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a customer-focused coordinator with strong communication skills, a talent for multitasking under pressure, and a genuine drive to keep operations moving efficiently. We would also imagine that you have:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, dispatch coordination, or a similar service role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, customer-first approach
  • Proficiency with CRM or service management software and standard office tools
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

It is a plus if you also:

  • Experience in a technical or field service environment, ideally within industrial or pump/water technology sectors
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems
  • Knowledge of scheduling and dispatch optimization practices
