As our new Production Plant Manager, you will be overseeing all production operations, driving efficiency, safety, and quality while developing a high-performing plant team. What you will be doing
As a key part of the Production Operations team, you'll create impact by Leading a production facility that delivers sustainable water solutions to customers worldwide while continuously improving performance and people development.

Your main responsibilities include:
•    Lead end-to-end plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, and supply chain coordination
•    Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance
•    Develop and execute the plant strategy aligned with Grundfos global manufacturing objectives
•    Build and develop a high-performing leadership team and foster an engaged workforce
•    Ensure compliance with EHS regulations and Grundfos sustainability standards

What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are a hands-on manufacturing leader with strong business acumen, proven people leadership skills, and a passion for lean operations. We would also imagine that you have:
•    7+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or production management
•    Proven track record of driving operational improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
•    Experience managing P&L accountability and plant-level budgets
•    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
It is a plus if you also:
•    Experience in pump, motor, or industrial equipment manufacturing
•    Master's degree in Business Administration or Engineering
