About Unitex:

Unitex is a Polish company with over 30 years of experience, specializing in water treatment technologies for various industries, including Food & Beverage, heating, and pharmaceuticals. Since 2011, our modern production facility has been operating in Grudziądz, with an additional hall dedicated to stainless steel filter production opened in 2022. We design and manufacture advanced equipment such as aerators and filters, compliant with European standards PED 2016/68/EU, AD2000, and ISO 3834-2. Since 2020, as an integral part of Grundfos, we offer our customers and employees stability and access to global know-how. Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for an experienced specialist to support all operational areas of our production site: finance, documentation, HR administration, office and supplier management. This role is key in facilitating smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining effective communication with the corporate environment, ensuring timely and accurate execution of orders and sales processes.


 

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Managing Director, including calendar and meeting coordination

  • Oversee document flow in the areas of:

    • Finance: invoicing, accounting, receivables, bank guarantees, bank account supervision in cooperation with the Finance Director

    • Sales: assisting with offers, pricing, and marketing materials preparation

    • Administration: maintaining documentation related to insurance and contractual obligations

    • HR Administration: cooperation with payroll provider and HR partners, accurate record-keeping of employee files and social fund (ZFŚS)

    • Supplier Management: monitoring contract execution and participation in tenders

    • Environmental Reporting

  • Actively manage logistics and transportation related to order fulfillment

  • Ensure accuracy of periodic reports supporting site operations

  • Support the Managing Director and business line managers in managing external inspections, audits, and regulatory compliance


 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Higher education, preferably in administration, finance, or accounting

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a production environment

  • Solid understanding of financial document flow; experience in a finance team is a plus

  • Good command of English (min. B2 level) for communication in a corporate environment

  • High attention to detail and sense of personal responsibility

  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to collaborate across various professional levels and backgrounds

  • Previous experience in a corporate setting will be an advantage

  • Availability for on-site work during plant hours: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
