Group Technical Key Account Manager – Water Treatment

We are looking for a Group Technical Key Account Manager (TKAM) to join our global team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of water treatment solutions for our multinational OEM and Tier 1 system contractor customers.

 

What is the job about?

As a TKAM, you’ll be the go-to technical expert for our key customers, working closely with their R&D, project management, and quality teams. You’ll collaborate with our Group Key Account Managers to:

  • Drive innovation by influencing customer specifications and roadmaps.
  • Deliver tailored solutions that position Grundfos as the preferred partner.
  • Lead technical engagements and support new product introductions.
  • Coordinate service and warranty cases with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct customer-specific training and promote cutting-edge technologies.

 

This role will be based in Bjerringbro, Denmark and will report to the Senior Key Account Director, IND.

 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Act as part of the Global Key Account Team, serving global customers.
  • Collaborate closely with Group Key Account Managers to support customers’ technical departments, including:                 
    • R&D
    • Project Management
    • Quality Assurance
    • Testing
    • Specification Development 
  • Ensure Grundfos is actively involved in
    • Customer specification processes
    • Roadmapping and future planning
  • Build strong customer relationships to deliver competitive and tailored pump solutions.
  • Position Grundfos as the preferred technical advisor through expertise and support.

  • Strong pipeline of customer specifications and future sales.
  • Increased adoption of new Grundfos products and solutions.
  • High customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Growth in global account sales and profitability

 

 

Your background: 

  • A degree in Engineering (Chemical, Process, or Water-related fields preferred).
  • Experience in customer-facing technical roles, ideally with multinational clients.
  • Familiarity with automation and communication protocols.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, SAP CRM, PDM, and related tools.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
