Job Title: Senior Digital Sales Specialist
Location: Nehterlands or Belgium

Purpose: Drive business growth by achieving sales targets and goals for Grundfos.

 

Responsibilities:
Sales Achievement (85%)

  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (e.g., 100 connections/year).
  • Conduct prospecting calls to identify opportunities.
  • Engage with multiple customer stakeholders (e.g., sustainability managers, plant managers, facility owners).
  • Plan and assess risks before on-site visits.
  • Represent Grundfos at trade shows, exhibits, and seminars.
  • Build strong value propositions based on customer requirements.
  • Communicate and demonstrate the vision of our digital services.
  • Listen and engage with customers to align our value proposition with their needs.
  • Travel with external sales teams to coach and guide them in digital value-based selling.
  • Strategically close sales deals and expand accounts
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure positive customer experiences.
  • Provide feedback to the development team on digital services.
  • Offer specialist consultation to sales engineers and Key Account Managers.
     

Lead Generation (10%)

  • Identify new sales leads and drive the sales process for specific customers, markets, products, or industries.

 

Internal Training (5%)

  • Conduct training and knowledge sharing for Sales Managers, Key Account Managers, and Sales Engineers.

 

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years in technology product/service sales (SaaS), with experience in Industrial 

 

Engineering, Manufacturing, or Digital/Analytics.
Skills:

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
  • Experience in technical sales and AI/IoT, with a track record of closing complex deals.
  • Ability to lead sales processes in a digital environment (value-based selling).
  • Strong organizational and process management skills.
  • Excellent phone sales skills.
  • Technical understanding and commercial mindset for digital offerings.
  • Proven success in customer growth, upselling, and closing six-figure deals.
