Are you ready to drive the commercial success of innovative solutions on a global scale? As our Global NBI Manager, you will lead key market-related activities within New Business introductions (NBI) projects for the Solution team. Your mission is to ensure seamless market integration by aligning cross-functional efforts, managing deliverables, and safeguarding an exceptional customer experience throughout the introduction process.

You will play a pivotal role in driving the commercial success of new solutions. You will lead key market-related activities within NBI projects, ensuring seamless integration into the market and safeguarding customer experience throughout the introduction process.
This position requires strong collaboration across functions to secure traction and quality in commercial deliveries, while actively defining impactful launch scenarios in alignment with marketing. Your work will influence how new solutions are positioned, launched, and supported globally, making you a key driver of innovation and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Plan, drive, and execute NBI projects to deliver defined business results and ensure compliance with governance and processes.
- Drive and manage commercial deliverables across functions to meet project objectives.
- Align go-to-market activities with key stakeholders and communicate product and portfolio roadmaps.
- Ensure critical factors for projects (time, speed, quality) are met and escalate missing needs.
- Marketing & Launch: Develop and coordinate launch materials with regional market and divisional marketing, ensuring strong portfolio integration.
- Drive and follow up on launch KPI’s and provide product support to key stakeholders.
- Training & Support: Train internal teams, co-develop training materials (including e-learning), and ensure robust customer support setup.
- Market Interface: Deliver market insights and expectations into NBI projects and provide input on pricing, positioning, and launch readiness.
- New potential solution assessment: Analyze benefits and key selling points, linking them to financial impact, and deliver voice of customer for new product development.

Your mindset is commercial and strategic, with a keen eye for detail and a strong focus on delivering value and compliance with governance standards.
Furthermore, we imagine that you have:
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and minimum 5 years in a similar role.
- Proven experience in go-to-market activities and product lifecycle processes.
- Strong commercial mindset with experience in product management and digital solutions/services.
- Demonstrated success in commercialization of digital solutions and driving profitability initiatives.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results under tight timelines.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to influence senior-level roles.
- Experience in training and providing product support to internal teams.
- Analytical mindset with focus on customer experience and business impact.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
