As our new Manufacturing Technician, you will be performing hands-on production tasks across our manufacturing operations, ensuring every product meets Grundfos's rigorous safety and quality standards. What you will be doing

As a key part of the Manufacturing Operations team, you'll create impact by Contributing directly to the production of world-class pump solutions that deliver sustainable water and climate solutions to communities worldwide.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Execute production tasks following control instructions, work instructions, and established quality tools to maintain consistent output
  • Monitor and uphold safety requirements throughout all production activities, identifying and reporting potential hazards
  • Inspect work-in-progress and finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications and standards
  • Operate and maintain production equipment, performing basic troubleshooting and routine upkeep
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets and continuous improvement goals
  • Document production data accurately and support traceability and compliance efforts

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions and quality documentation
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality standards

 

It is a plus if you also:

  • Experience operating production machinery or assembly equipment
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

The salary range for this position is $17.88 – $23.70 per hour. Individual pay will be determined based on market location and the candidate’s profile. The range listed is just one component of Grundfos’s total compensation and benefits package for employees. Total compensation includes paid time off, paid holidays, merit increases, bonuses, and employee stock purchase programs, etc. Grundfos salary rates are benchmarked and reflect the target for new hire salaries for the position in this region.
