As our Administrative Assistant, you will be managing front office operations, coordinating meetings and events, and providing administrative support to site leadership and multiple departments in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

This position follows an on-site work model and will be based out of our Fresno, CA office.
What you will be doing
As a key part of the Business Support team, you'll create impact by creating a welcoming, well-organized workplace that supports employee engagement, seamless daily operations, and a positive site culture..
Your main responsibilities include:
- Welcome visitors, contractors, and vendors while managing visitor registration, site access, and badge activation/deactivation.
- Provide administrative support to site leadership including calendar management, meeting coordination, catering logistics, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and business documents while processing purchase orders, invoices, and expense reports.
- Coordinate employee engagement, recognition, wellness, and community events that foster a positive workplace culture.
- Support new hire onboarding and orientation activities, and manage communication boards, digital signage, and facility screen content.
- Order office supplies and site materials, coordinate facility tours, and support health, safety, and environmental programs.

Above all, you are a detail-oriented, dependable professional with exceptional organizational skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to handle multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism. We would also imagine that you have:
- A high school diploma with minimum 2 years of receptionist, administrative support, or customer service experience.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
It is a plus if you also have:
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial site environment.
- Familiarity with employee engagement or event coordination activities.
- Experience with purchase order processing and administrative database management.

The salary range for this position is $20.72 - $28.87 per hour. Individual pay will be determined based on market location and the candidate’s profile. The range listed is just one component of Grundfos’s total compensation and benefits package for employees. Total compensation includes paid time off, paid holidays, merit increases, bonuses, and employee stock purchase programs, etc. Grundfos salary rates are benchmarked and reflect the target for new hire salaries for the position in Fresno, CA.
