What is the job about?

As a Facility Professional supporting our FM team, you will be responsible for handling daily Nuvolo admin tasks, managing maintenance plans, and providing ongoing administrative support. You will collaborate with various departments, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to new projects.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Task processing in Nuvolo, including maintenance planner roles
  • Management of maintenance plans and creation of equipment
  • Clearing and controlling system data
  • Providing ongoing support to SAP equipment and plan
  • Supporting new projects and process setups
  • Offering administrative support to the Facility organization.

Your background:

We imagine that you have:

  • Experience supporting well-defined processes and projects within facility
  • 1-4 years of relevant work experience within administration
  • Knowledge of best practices and relevant systems in facility management
  • Personal qualities such as relatability, networking, adaptability, strong planning and organizing skills.
