Are you about to embark on your master's journey in logistics and supply chain management? Are you eager to apply your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment? Look no further!

In Supply Chain, Process Intelligence we are looking for a student assistant to support us. You will join a department with 6 colleagues, all working with predominantly supply chain performance that enables efficient decision making in core business processes, and process mining to unlock potential for process optimization, automation and conformance. We guarantee a steep learning curve and we look forward to sharing our knowledge with you – and hear about your ideas.

What is the job about?

-    Newsletter and Communication Coordination: Assist in the creation and distribution of newsletters and other communications to keep our team and stakeholders informed.
-    Dashboard (PBI) Maintenance & Automation: Support the maintenance and automation of Power BI dashboards, ensuring they are up-to-date and functional.
-    Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation for all dashboard-related activities.
-    Dashboard Updates: Perform weekly and monthly updates to dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
-    Dashboard (PBI) Development & User Support: Develop new dashboards and provide onboarding and support to users.
-    Excel Analysis and SAP Extraction: Conduct detailed analysis using Excel and extract data from SAP to support decision-making processes.
-    SharePoint Building & Maintenance: Build and maintain SharePoint sites to facilitate collaboration and information sharing.

You will be working for 15 hours per week at our headquarters in Bjerringbro, Denmark, but we are of course ready to schedule your working hours around exams and school work. There is a possibility of working from home on agreed days.

What do you need to apply?

-    Preferably you are about to start on your master study within the field of supply chain management and logistics and possess knowledge within data analytics.
-    You show initiative and work proactively and independently on new assignments, as this will help you make the most of your time with us.
-    You have an international outlook and speak and write English fluently.
