As our new E-KAM Sustainability, you will be spearheading end-to-end execution of industrial digital solution projects, building Grundfos's presence and expertise across key verticals through value-based selling, energy efficiency studies, and digitalization initiatives. What you will be doing
As a key part of the Industrial Sustainability & Digital Solutions team, you'll create impact by Accelerating the adoption of smart system solutions and data-enhanced digital offerings that help industrial partners achieve their sustainability and commercial targets..
Your main responsibilities include:
- Prepare detailed opportunity assessments and shape end-to-end commercial offerings—matching digital and intelligent products, solutions, and services to end-user applications across industrial verticals
- Develop, drive, and implement complex energy efficiency projects with major impact on the industrial sector, including pilot projects with documented technical and commercial learnings
- Outline optimal channel setups and execute operational action plans to grow industrial partners' digital sales and commercial results
- Collect and analyse market and competitor data to define future customer needs, long-term trends, and relevant portfolio opportunities
- Conduct marketing activities and maintain strong relationships with internal sales/service teams and external partners to position Grundfos's digital solutions
What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are a technically skilled sales professional with a strong engineering foundation, deep understanding of industrial customer needs, and a proven ability to drive complex digital and sustainability projects from concept to commercial success. We would also imagine that you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics preferred)
- 5+ years of professional experience as a sales engineer or sales developer in an international company
- Relevant experience in industrial sectors such as industrial contractors, end users, or OEMs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate and align with diverse stakeholders
It is a plus if you also:
- Industry experience in Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, or pump/equipment manufacturing sectors
- Experience with digital and data-enhanced solution selling or energy efficiency consulting
- Familiarity with SBTi targets and sustainability-driven commercial strategies
