Digitalization Specialist, Reporting CoE
Job Description

What is the job about?

The Finance Specialist – Digitalization Specialist supports the digital transformation of global finance reporting, controlling, and analytics processes within the Finance Centre of Excellence (CoE).

The role contributes to designing, developing, and maintaining automated, standardized, and technology‑enabled reporting solutions using Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and modern AI capabilities such as Microsoft Copilot Studio and agentic AI–driven workflows

 

 Your main responsibilities:

1. Digitalization & Automation Delivery (50%)

  • Support the implementation of digitalization initiatives within Group Finance, focusing on the execution of automation tasks, dashboard development, and workflow improvements.
  • Build, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, data models, and standardized reporting views.
  • Develop Power Automate flows to streamline recurring finance processes (data refresh, notifications, approvals).
  • Create simple-to-medium complexity Power Apps that support reporting, documentation, and finance workflows.
  • Participate in prototyping and deploying solutions using Copilot Studio and agentic AI frameworks (e.g., AI driven assistants, workflow orchestration, natural language querying).
  • Contribute to ML ready datasets and predictive analytics use cases in collaboration with Data & Analytics teams.

2. Global Reporting & Process Support (30%)

  • Assist in implementing standardized global reporting and controlling processes across regions and business units.
  • Ensure adherence to governance principles, reduce process variation, and support harmonization.

3. Data Quality & Governance (20%)

  • Maintain and monitor data quality, consistency, and accuracy across automated outputs and dashboards.
  • Support data validation, audit checks, and error handling mechanisms within Power Platform workflows.     

 

Your background

 

We imagine that you have:  

  • Education:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Data/Analytics, or related fields
  • 3–5 years in finance processes, SSC environment, reporting, or controlling.
  • Hands on experience building solutions with:
  • Power BI (data modelling, DAX, visualization best practices)
  • Power Automate (standard and cloud flows)
  • Power Apps (canvas apps; model driven is a plus)
  • Experience using or willingness to learn:
  • Microsoft Copilot Studio is a big advantage
  • Agentic AI workflows is a big advantage (task orchestration, automated decision flows, AI copilots)
  • Exposure to global or cross functional project environments.
  • Technical Skills
  • Some understanding of controlling, accounting, and governance processes.
  • Analytical mindset with hands on experience in BI technologies.
  • Familiarity with SAP (or similar ERP) is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of data modelling principles and API based automation
