Digital Security, Project and Incident Manager
Job Description

Do you have experience in managing cyber security projects and incidents? Are you ready to ensure the security and integrity of both IT and OT systems? 

 

What is the job about? 

You will be responsible for leading cyber security projects and incident management activities in the Digital Security area in cooperation with our stakeholders in the organization. This includes project planning, status reporting, progress monitoring, stakeholder management, detecting and responding to security threats, and aligning with stakeholders through daily stand-ups. Additionally, you will be expected to help establish and improve the structure around incident management. 

 

Your main responsibilities: 

  • Lead and manage cyber security projects 

  • Ensure timely and successful execution of projects 

  • Oversee incident management efforts, including detection, analysis, and response 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure progress and resolution of cases 

  • Follow up on ongoing activities and align with organizational stakeholders 

  •  

Your background: 

We imagine that you have: 

  • Proven experience in project management within the cyber security area 

  • Strong understanding of both OT and IT security philosophies and their intersection 

  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards such as NIS2, RED DA, CRA, ISO27001, and IEC62443 

  • Ability to manage projects where agile philosophies meet structured project execution 

  • Excellent change management skills, including governance and integration into quality management systems 

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
