Customer Resolution Representative

As our new Customer Resolution Representative – German speaking, you will be serving as a key point of contact for customers requiring resolution support, handling escalated inquiries and complex cases to ensure timely, effective outcomes across our commercial operations. What you will be doing

As a key part of the Customer Service & Support Center team, you'll create impact by Driving customer satisfaction and loyalty by resolving issues efficiently and championing the voice of the customer within Grundfos..

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Investigate and resolve escalated customer complaints, order issues, and service inquiries across multiple channels
  • Coordinate with internal teams including logistics, sales, and technical support to drive end-to-end case resolution
  • Document case details, root causes, and resolutions in CRM systems to ensure traceability and continuous improvement
  • Proactively communicate with customers throughout the resolution process, setting clear expectations and following up to confirm satisfaction
  • Identify recurring issues and contribute insights to improve processes, reduce complaint volumes, and enhance the customer experience
  • Handling returns, along and delivery issues

 

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a customer-focused problem solver with strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously, and a genuine drive to deliver fair and timely resolutions. We would also imagine that you have:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, complaint handling, or case resolution in a B2B or manufacturing environment
  • Excellent written and spoken English and German.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or SAP and strong computer literacy across Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to de-escalate and negotiate positive outcomes
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage a high-volume caseload

It is a plus if you also:

  • Experience with pump, water technology, or industrial product lines
  • Familiarity with order management, logistics, or supply chain processes
  • Multilingual capabilities are a plus
