As our new Customer Master Data Coordinator, you'll be coordinating customer master data creation and maintenance across the Central and Eastern Euripe region, ensuring high-quality data that empowers our sales and service teams to deliver for customers. What you will be doing
As a key part of the Customer Master Data team, you'll create impact by ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of customer master data that underpins our business operations.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Handle incoming requests from Product Units for account creation and customer master data maintenance, validating request forms and required documentation
- Manually maintain customer master data in SAP S/4HANA based on validated requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with business requirements
- Follow up with requestors to clarify information, enhance data quality, and support them in submitting changes or new account requests
- Assign relevant subtasks to stakeholders (e.g., pricing, conditions, extranet) and track completion to ensure timely request fulfillment
- Collaborate with the Global Business Process Owner and CMD Coordinators to improve instructions, documentation, and processes
- Identify and raise process issues, local exceptions, and improvement opportunities for tools and workflows
What makes you a great fit
Above all, you're a detail-oriented data professional with a service-minded approach, strong SAP knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural team environment. We'd also imagine that you are/have:
- Background in customer master data or general master data management, with hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, or comparable ERP systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with excellent IT and data literacy skills
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently under pressure
It's a plus if you also:
- Experience working with ticketing systems for processing and tracking data requests
- Intercultural awareness and experience working in international or regional teams
