As our new Customer Center Intern, you will be supporting the setup and daily operations of our brand-new Inspiring Center showroom at the Changshu Plant, helping deliver best-in-class customer visit experiences. What you will be doing
As a key part of the China Inspiring Center team, you'll create impact by Shaping memorable customer journeys that strengthen business relationships and showcase Grundfos's commitment to water technology excellence..
Your main responsibilities include:
- Assist the Customer Visit Coordinator in preparing, executing, and reviewing showroom operations, including standardized visit processes, scripts, routes, and EHS standards
- Handle customer visit inquiries from the GACC email box, coordinate visit registrations (QR codes, visitor cards), and support agenda arrangements for overseas customers
- Maintain a welcoming, professional environment in VIP meeting rooms, the auditorium, and showroom facilities to support high-quality business dialogues
- Manage visitor logistics including VIP lunch coordination, PPE distribution, and customer visit application documentation
- Translate presentation materials and technical documents as needed to support customer-facing activities
- Support large-scale customer events such as school-enterprise cooperation visits and help create standout moments for guests
What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are an enthusiastic and detail-oriented team player with strong communication skills and a genuine desire to deliver delightful customer experiences. We would also imagine that you have:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program (business, marketing, hospitality, or related field)
- Good communication skills in both Chinese and English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
It is a plus if you also:
- Prior internship or experience in customer service, hospitality, or event coordination
- Interest in manufacturing environments or water technology industries
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to go the extra mile to create WOW moments
